WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US
GoGo Gallery is an innovative new program that introduces art appreciation and art history through artistic projects.
Students will have a thorough understanding of the culture, process, and history of artists throughout history by the completion of this course.
Throughout the course, students will encounter a variety of artistic challenges that will test their inventiveness and problem-solving skills.
Students learn to study, analyze, and assess everything from modern sculptures to ancient Egyptian tombs by delving extensively into a single work of art each month.
Our IVY instructors plan this program to make art easy and accessible to children, covering everything from art history stories to drawing skills.
Portfolios demonstrate a student’s accumulated efforts and learning over time. They provide useful information on student progress and skill mastery. This is significant for school applications.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
Neo-Impressionism
(French: Un dimanche après-midi à l’Île de la Grande Jatte) was painted from 1884 to 1886 and is Georges Seurat’s most famous work. A leading example of pointillist technique, executed on a large canvas, it is a founding work of the neo-impressionist movement. Seurat’s composition includes a number of Parisians at a park on the banks of the River Seine. It is in the collection of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Students learn about historical and contemporary artist and experiment with different media.

Mini Art Program
Required age: 4-6 ( K- Grade1 )
Enroll your child into this after-school creative club, where they’ll get the chance to
discover art in a student-focused setting. Here they’ll learn about historical and
contemporary artists and get to experiment with different media. /Students will learn about how art and culture goes hand in hand, while experimenting with lots of different art mediums and tools, including clay, weaving and painting.
Art Explorer Program
Required age: 7-9 ( Grade 2-4 )
They will learn ways to colour and illustrate their drawings to bring them to life, as
well as watercolour skill building, collage & even En Plein Air. They will move
through fun monthly themes and create artworks that fit into those themes, learning about art history and prominent artists as they go!
Advanced Art Program
Required age: 10-12 ( Grade 5-7 )
The course is designed to take a deep dive into art making, art history and touch on art theory in an age appropriate way. Inspired by a full immersive art school model, the program aims to bring out your child’s inner artist.
